UX Designer

About the Job:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer based in São Paulo to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive digital experiences for our products. They will work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to transform user insights into elegant design solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand needs and behaviors.

Translate research findings into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

Design and iterate interfaces that align with business objectives and user needs.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the effective implementation of designs.

Promote user-centered design principles throughout the product development cycle.

Analyze and incorporate user feedback and stakeholder input to refine designs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.

Availability for hybrid work in SP

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

A solid portfolio demonstrating UX skills and problem-solving abilities.

Understanding of user-centered design principles and good usability practices.

Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development is a plus.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
