The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating user-centered designs and a strong understanding of user experience principles. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for: * Conducting user research and gathering requirements. * Creating user personas and user journeys. * Developing wireframes and prototypes. * Designing user interfaces. * Conducting usability testing. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in design or a related field. * Proven experience as a UX Designer. * Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills. * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and remotely. * Fluency in English. * Must be located in Mexico. Nice to have * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Experience with mobile app design. * Knowledge of accessibility standards.
