Job description
Join a project involving the development of production banking applications: internet banking, mobile application, and a children's application. Products are continuously developed. The team creates new functionalities and improves existing solutions, implementing, among others, business changes and refactoring work. Scope of Responsibilities • Conducting discovery, including analysis of user and business needs and defining design problems • Processing and synthesizing insights • Creating personas, JTBD, and journey maps • Designing interactions and information architecture • Creating information structures, navigation architecture, and user flows • Preparing prototypes, forming hypotheses, iterating, and validating solutions • Planning and conducting usability tests • Synthesizing test results and preparing recommendations • Collaborating with Product Owner/Product Manager on prioritizing and setting goals defined by OKR/KPI • Participating in the development of a design system, patterns, heuristics, and guidelines • Preparing specifications and components for handoff to the development team • Supporting developers during solution implementation • Verifying implementation compliance with the design as part of UX QA Requirements • Professional experience at the Senior UX Designer level • Experience in conducting discovery and synthesizing results • Ability to create personas, JTBD, and journey maps • Experience in designing interactions and information architecture • Ability to create user flows and navigation architecture • Experience in prototyping, iterating, and validating solutions • Ability to plan and conduct usability tests • Systemic approach to design and attention to consistency and scalability of solutions • Analytical approach and understanding of product metrics, such as adoption, task success, and drop off • Experience in conducting workshops on ideation, prioritization, and story mapping • Ability to clearly present conclusions and design decisions • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product Owner/Product Manager and development team • Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level, both spoken and written • Knowledge of the English language at least to the extent that enables working with technical documentation and understanding application code
