UX Designer

For Rijksdienst voor Ondernemend Nederland, we are looking for a UX Designer. As designer, you will help RVO and their clients move forward. The Klantinzicht team is seeking a UX/UI designer who likes to contribute to improving client-oriented service delivery. With tens of thousands of clients, managing hundreds of national and international regulations and subsidies, and a diverse range of websites and portals, RVO offers a broad and challenging work environment. Whether you are working on innovation subsidies or reporting manure quotas, every day requires creative solutions. As UX/UI designer, you will play a crucial role in RVO's striving to be optimal for their clients. You ensure that their services are easy and user-friendly. In build teams, you take the expert role within UX. You have experience working in multidisciplinary teams and know how to effectively apply your expertise. Your responsibilities:

• You will lead build teams without design experience into the design process.
• You will apply the double diamond model in every phase of the design process.
• You will work together with developers and other team members, and communicate clearly what UX design contributes and what you need.
• You will work with a design system and fill in any missing UI components.
• You will design components that are multi-platform deployable.

You will work on designing screens within I&R and other GLB applications and web forms. You ensure that these and other forms and pages comply with the regulations regarding house style and accessibility. The Klantinzicht team is responsible for portraying and explaining client behavior and signals, so that RVO's service delivery better aligns with client needs. The team plays a crucial role in collecting relevant client feedback for RVO. To achieve this, we work in multidisciplinary service improvement teams, where the expertise of customer data analysis, customer research, and service design collaborate on various projects. Here, you always follow these steps:

1. Discovering client needs: You visualize client needs and seek out potential for improvement.
2. Designing service delivery: You (re)design service delivery and test it together with the clients.
3. Implementing and improving: You measure, analyze, and continuously improve. You translate the potential for improvement into concrete impact.
