UX Designer - 6 Month Contract

Introduction About The Role We’re looking for an experienced UX/CX designer to join us for a 6-month parental leave cover starting ASAP. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, the role combines UX expertise with customer experience capability to drive product innovation across our two brands Airport Rentals & Motorhome Republic. Description Key responsibilities include: Advocate for user-centered design practices across the organisation. Be the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through intuitive and seamless experiences. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to drive product innovation. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers’ needs, behaviors, and motivations. Drive design decisions based on user research and testing results. Ensure that all designs meet the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual appeal. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Maintain a high level of expertise in UX/CX design principles, best practices, and industry trends. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Provide design solutions that are innovative, creative, and meet business objectives. Work closely with the Product Management team to develop product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
