UX Design Researcher – pharmaceutical industry (f/m/x) Miejsce pracy: Katowice Technologies we use Expected Figma Adobe HTML CSS JavaScript) About the project We are looking for a UX Design Researcher to support the organization on projects such as CockpitAI (pathology laboratory automation) and Prenatal Screening (prenatal risk calculation). In this role, you will lead the exploration of the problem and solution space, uncovering user needs, contexts, and behaviors to develop product strategy and create user-centered design solutions. Your tasks will include: Conducting research interviews with users, analyzing data, and creating personas and user journeys. Developing and testing prototypes using Figma and other tools. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate UX insights into the development process. Analyzing and reporting on research findings to stakeholders. Participating in project meetings and contributing to the overall project strategy. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about user-centered design and has experience working in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
