UX Design Researcher – pharmaceutical industry (f/m/x) Miejsce pracy: Wrocław Technologies we use Expected Figma Adobe HTML CSS JavaScript) About the project We are looking for a UX Design Researcher to support the organization on projects such as CockpitAI (pathology laboratory automation) and Prenatal Screening (prenatal risk calculation). In this role, you will lead the exploration of the problem and solution space, uncovering user needs, contexts, and behaviors to develop product strategy and design solutions that meet those needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that the designed solutions are effective, efficient, and user-centered. Your responsibilities will include: • Conducting research interviews and surveys to gather insights about users' needs, behaviors, and motivations; • Analyzing data and identifying patterns and trends to inform design decisions; • Developing personas, user journeys, and other design artifacts to communicate findings and guide the design process; • Collaborating with designers and developers to create prototypes and test designs; • Presenting research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders.
