UX Design Manager

This role will be part of our highly successful growing Product department and will be responsible for working closely with both the product and engineering teams to prioritize, design and deliver product and features. This role will support the product team to ensure clean and well thought out designs for our customers. Leadership responsibilities include: • Leading a team of UX designers to achieve project goals and objectives; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design solutions that meet business needs; • Developing and maintaining design standards, guidelines and best practices; • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
