Machine Setter

Place of work: Teresin (Sochaczew district)

We are recruiting for

For our Client, we are looking for a person for the position of: Machine Setter.

Your responsibilities

• Starting up and operating machines in the production line
• Quality control of products and elimination of production defects
• Participation in technological trials and retoolings
• Supervision of the technical condition of machines and molds and the current production process
• Diagnosing and resolving technical failures
• Optimizing the process and minimizing production costs
• Ensuring production continuity
• Completing reports

Our requirements

• Practical experience in a similar position
• Readiness to work in a 4-shift system (3 shifts per day)
• Ability to operate machines with a touch panel
• Basic proficiency in MS Office programs (filling out reports)
• Communicative knowledge of Polish in speech and writing
• Independence, conscientiousness
• Ability to work in a team and communicative skills
• Sanitary and epidemiological examinations

Nice to have

• Experience in operating plastics processing machines
