Machinist Turner-Milling Machine Operator M/F

FRAMATOME is hiring Machinists M/F on a permanent contract (CDI) for its workshops located in Le Creusot. You will perform turning and/or milling operations on very large stainless steel components. The machining operations are finishing operations with very tight tolerances. More specifically, your missions are as follows: - Prepare the workstations to install parts on the machine - Set part origins and mount cutting tools - Operate the machines - Perform dimensional checks during machining: self-checks, cross-checks, and double-checks to ensure part conformity - Follow and validate operations from the tracking sheet and the FIU (machining instruction sheet) - Fill in the FIU records (centering, dimensional, check-list) - Optimize cutting parameters, machining processes (Feedback) - Respect the rituals and standards of your activity (5S, autonomous maintenance) - Respect the safety rules and instructions adapted to the work environment. Quality - Safety: - Use calibrated control means for dimensional checks - Understand and apply tracking sheets, plans, machining instruction sheets - Apply the procedures mentioned in the tracking sheet - Ensure all defined operations are verified and sign documents according to the procedures for the targeted operation.
