User Support Officer

We currently have a vacancy for a User Support Officer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in The Hague, Netherlands. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site. Your tasks: Providing first and second level ICT support for all users; Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software and network infrastructure; Identifying and reporting potential problems or incidents; Maintaining accurate records of incidents and resolutions; Collaborating with other teams to ensure effective communication and coordination; Developing and maintaining knowledge base of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and solutions. The work will be carried out in a dynamic environment where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow professionally and develop his/her skills.
