User Support Engineer (m/w/x) - PREEvision / Review & Vote

Project environment: OEM | 1st-Level User Support Engineering for users in the PREEvision environment

As a User Support Engineer (m/w/x), you will support users in their daily dealings with the architecture and review tool Vector PREEvision, as well as the associated review and approval processes. Your focus lies on user-facing support, not on development or methodology.

Tasks

Your tasks at a glance:

1st-Level Support for users in the PREEvision environment

Support during review and approval processes (Review & Vote)

Taking, analyzing, and processing support requests (Tickets)

Supporting users in:

• using PREEvision
• review status, workflows, and approvals
• reports, evaluations, and exports

Plausibility check of models and results from the user's perspective

Documented frequent questions (FAQs, quick guides)

Tight cooperation with methodology and engineering roles

Escalation of complex topics to experts

Qualification

• Completed education or studies in a technical field
  (e.g. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Technology, or comparable)
• First practical experience in technical support, engineering support, or tool support
• Basic understanding of PREEvision
  (application level, no development required)
• Understanding of structured processes and workflows
• Service-oriented, structured work style
• Very good German language skills, good English language skills
