To further expand our market position and strengthen our IT team, we are now looking for a User Success Specialist (w/m/d):

Aufgaben

• Receipt, analysis, and processing of support requests from our employees regarding technical questions and disturbances (telephone, e-mail)
• Analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems in First- and Second-Level Support
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of clients, notebooks, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Implementation of software rollouts, updates, and patch management
• User and access rights management in Active Directory / Azure AD
• Maintenance of the Microsoft Exchange or hybrid Exchange environment
• Support in the area of email security as well as operation of SOPHOS firewall and endpoint security solutions
• Setup of new workstations including onboarding (accounts, hardware, access rights)
• Management and inventory of IT hardware
• Documented support cases and maintenance of IT documentation
• Escalation of complex disturbances to external service providers or internal contact persons
• Participation in IT projects as well as further development of internal IT services and security guidelines

Qualifikation

• Degree in an IT-related field or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in a similar position is advantageous
• Very good German language skills (C1/C2) and good English language skills (B2 or higher)
• Outstanding service orientation as well as friendly and solution-oriented demeanor
• Structured, self-reliant, and reliable work style
• Good organizational skills as well as ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication skills and team orientation
• Sensitivity in dealing with different cultural perspectives
