A startup that has made it its mission to provide security to every person in the world – and that's for free. To do this, we're developing an app that gives you immediate access to locally relevant helpers: whether they're your friends, family, or professional helpers.

We're a small team with a big heart, located in Munich, consisting of 53 people from 9 different nationalities. We're looking for a passionate new team member who loves tackling new challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. We're seeking support in the field of User Research to bridge the gap between human behavior and an intuitive and innovative product solution.

• End-to-End Research Ownership: You plan, lead, and execute complex research projects – from the exploratory phase to usability testing. You always choose the most efficient method (interviews, diary studies, surveys) to get to the bottom of needs and find valid answers to our burning questions.
