User Interface Design WerkstudentIn (m/w/d)

As Interface Designer (m/w/d), you will support our design team in designing and optimizing our digital products. You will have the opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your skills in a professional environment.

Tasks

• Support in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Development and maintenance of design systems and reusable components in Figma
• Participation in design reviews and optimization of user experience and accessibility
• Ongoing learning and bringing in new ideas to improve our design processes
• Collaboration on conceiving and implementing new features in close coordination with the team
• Ensuring design quality through prototyping, user testing, and consistent documentation
• Collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and stakeholders to implement comprehensive solutions

Qualification

• Enrolled student in a relevant field of study (e.g. Interaction Design, Communication Design, Media Informatics, or similar)
• First-hand practical experience in UI/UX design, ideally through personal projects or internships
• Proficient use of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Good sense of typography, color, layout, and modern design trends
• Good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Understanding of user-centered design, interest in new trends and best practices in interface design
