User Experience Researcher

We are Digital Creative Asia, a global experience design and research agency working at the intersection of strategy, design, and real human insight. We partner closely with our clients and local experts to deliver thoughtful, high-quality research that genuinely influences product decisions. We’re currently looking for an experienced freelance User Researcher based in São Paulo to join us on an in-person usability research project and collaborate closely with our international research team. Please note that this is a freelance position, and we are seeking someone who can work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting user research studies, analyzing data, and presenting findings to stakeholders. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines, and adapting to changing project requirements. As this is an in-person usability research project, the selected candidate must be based in São Paulo and available for travel within Brazil. We are looking for someone who can start immediately and commit to a minimum of 3 months.
