🚀 We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with solid HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills to join our small, dynamic team in Cluj-Napoca!

🔹 Job Type: Hybrid / Remote

 💰 Initial collaboration on an hourly, project-based model, with potential for long-term cooperation.

🔥 What You’ll Do:

✔️ Design and prototype UI/UX for web and mobile platforms

 ✔️ Implement static pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

 ✔️ Collaborate with the development team to integrate designs

 ✔️ Optimize UX based on feedback and usability testing

 ✔️ Create and maintain a design system

Must-haves:

• 2+ years in UI/UX for platforms/apps (not just landing pages).
• Figma/Adobe XD (auto-layout, components, prototyping).
• Solid HTML & CSS (modern layouts, responsive) and JavaScript skills.
• Bootstrap (grid, utilities, customizing components).
• Responsive design and web accessibility fundamentals (WCAG basics).
• Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a proactive mindset.
