The Evernorth Digital team is seeking a talented User Experience Designer to join our growing design team. As a User Experience Designer at Evernorth Digital, you will be responsible for designing user-centered experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and retention across our digital products. This includes developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the overall product experience. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. In addition, you will be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in user experience design, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our products and services.
