US IT STAFFING RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE MANDATORY Role: Senior US IT Recruiters Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India (ONSITE ONLY) Duration: Full-time Experience: We are seeking 2 TO 5 years of Senior IT Technical Recruiter EXPERIENCE- Day one onsite (NIGHT SHIFT) Role: Looking for Sr. Technical Recruiter - US IT with 5 years of experience in US IT staffing, international recruiting, perm and temp staffing, service delivery, and team handling. Should be responsible for full life cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, offer extension, and post-onboarding support. Must have strong understanding of US IT industry trends, technologies, and job market dynamics. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is essential. Should be able to maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve recruitment-related issues. Willingness to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities is essential. Should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
