Role: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter – Fresher / Intern Location: Hyderabad, India (Work from Office) Shift: US EST hours (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST) Type: Internship / Entry-Level (Full-Time opportunity after training) About the Role We’re looking for energetic and ambitious freshers who are eager to start their career in the fast-growing US IT Staffing industry. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you’ll be trained to market IT consultants, connect with US-based vendors and clients, and help place consultants on various projects. You will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment life cycle and develop valuable skills for a successful career. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and recruit IT consultants with various skill sets for bench sales. * Screen and qualify candidates based on their skills, experience, and availability. * Market the consultants to our existing clients and new clients in the US. * Negotiate rates and terms with clients and consultants. * Coordinate interviews and manage the placement process. * Maintain a database of consultants and their profiles. * Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors. * Understand and stay up-to-date on IT industry trends. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in any field. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong sales and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * High level of energy and enthusiasm. * Willingness to work in US EST hours.
