US HR Manager

Work Location: Hyderabad ( Work from office)Work Timings 6:30 PM IST 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)Working Hours: 40 hours / Week (Mon Fri) Roles and Responsibilities· Managing all HR queries within agreed SLAs effectively.· On-boarding documentation of the US New Hires including paperwork, background and drug checks· Preparing W2 Hourly, Salary, VSA & SOW Agreements, client paperwork· Understanding the requirement of the Clients and getting the accurate BG & DT Results· E-Verification with USCIS· Downloading timesheets from client portals· Auditing documents and responding to client as a when required· Preparing employment and experience letters· Responsible in handling employee requests through coordinating with other Shared Services team members (Payroll / Immigration, Insurance, Marketing and Recruitments) and subject matter experts as needed.· I-9, E-Verify, Benefits Enrolment, and Time sheets Query Solution & Insurance Queries.· Working with Attorney in solving Immigration Issues.· Enrol New Employees into Health Insurance.· Relocation Process as and when required for New starts in Joining the Project.· Working with Payroll team for Full & Final Settlements.· Ability to handle multiple employee queries, and resolve issues quickly.· Ensure HR Team is responsive to resolving Employee issues and concerns with in stipulated SLA.· Willing to work as an Independent HR as well as Managing a Team.
