Exciting Opportunity – US Healthcare Recruiter at InteliX Systems We’re hiring experienced and passionate US Healthcare Recruiters who are ready to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Location: Hyderabad Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift) Responsibilities Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients Manage full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks Negotiate and extend job offers to selected candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and compensation benchmarks Collaborate with the team to improve recruitment processes and strategies Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Proven experience in US healthcare recruitment (minimum 1 year) Strong understanding of healthcare roles and industry terminology Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools Ability to work in a night shift Benefits Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity for professional growth and development Supportive and collaborative work environment Performance-based incentives Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare staffing company in the US
