We’re looking for a full-cycle US Healthcare Recruiter to help us grow a high-impact clinical team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top clinical talent—primarily Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)—who deliver in-home support to children and families across the U.S. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable owning outcomes , enjoys system-building, and thrives in a high-volume environment where your work directly impacts the lives of our clients. As a US Healthcare Recruiter, you will be expected to: • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top clinical talent. • Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless candidate flow. • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for our open positions. • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. • Utilize various tools and platforms to manage candidate flow, track progress, and analyze results. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams, and other departments. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
