Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified healthcare professionals from Singapore and Chile for various roles within the USA.- Utilize your existing database and networks to identify top candidates.- Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to ensure candidate fit for specific healthcare positions.- Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate outreach, and interview scheduling.- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience.- Collaborate with our internal team to understand client needs and deliver top-quality talent.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a healthcare recruiter, preferably within the US market.- Strong network and database of healthcare professionals.- Experience sourcing candidates from international locations, specifically Singapore and Chile.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Certification in healthcare recruitment (e.g., CHCR, RACR).
