Job Description & Requirements Urology Physician StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $294.88 - $319.20 This facility is seeking a Urology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: • Schedule: Monday 7am-2pm Surgery / 3pm-5pm Clinic - Tuesday and Wednesday Clinic - 8am-5pm • Practice Setting: Hospital and physician clinic • Types of Cases: Attending to clinic patients, on-call for hospital emergencies and admissions, surgery • Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and healthcare team members • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and situations • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently • Flexibility: Willingness to be flexible and adjust to changing circumstances • Patient-Centered Care: Commitment to providing patient-centered care and prioritizing patient needs • Electronic Medical Records (EMRs): Proficiency in using EMRs for documentation and communication • Compliance: Adherence to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion • Continuous Learning: Willingness to participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field • Leadership: Ability to lead by example and provide guidance to other healthcare professionals as needed • Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and improve patient outcomes • Patient Safety: Commitment to prioritizing patient safety and minimizing risks • Quality Improvement: Participation in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes • Professional Development: Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices and advancements in the field • Return on Investment (ROI): Ability to demonstrate a positive ROI through efficient use of resources, effective communication, and high-quality patient care.
