Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Pre-Primary Coordinator to lead and manage our pre-primary department at our Cambridge-affiliated school in Pune. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education, have excellent leadership skills, and be well-versed with the Cambridge or IB curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations and academic programs of the pre-primary section.

Mentor, train, and support teachers in implementing child-centric and inquiry-based learning.

Develop and review curriculum plans, teaching methodologies, and assessment strategies.

Coordinate with parents and ensure effective communication regarding student progress and school activities.

Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to teaching staff.no

Organize workshops, events, and activities to enhance the learning environment.

Ensure adherence to school policies, child safety, and quality education standards.


Qualifications and Experience:

Master’s Degree in Education / B.Ed / Diploma in Early Childhood Education.

Minimum 5 years of teachings and 3+ years in a leadership or coordinator role (preferably in a Cambridge or IB school).

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficient in English (written and spoken).
