By maintaining accurate records, proactively reaching out to prospects, and leveraging a strong understanding of the market, the Market Growth Representative will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and expanding market presence. The position is suitable for freshers and early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in sales and market development.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess new market segments, emerging business opportunities, and potential customer bases.
  

• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and conversion rates.
  

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the CRM system.
  

• Proactively reach out to prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and alignment with company offerings.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification:8th Pass /10th Pass / 12th pass or equivalent
  

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented sales environment.
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Basic proficiency in using digital tools and CRM platforms.
  

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  

• Willingness to work flexible shifts with a 6-day workweek and 1 rotation week off.
  

Benefits:

• Salary: ₹14,000 + Travel Allowance (TA)
  

• In-hand: ₹11,700
