Position: Conveyancer Location: Kelowna, BC Salary: $55,000–$75,000, depending on experience and monthly file volume Presented in confidence by a GPAC legal recruiter The Opportunity: A respected full-service law firm in the Okanagan region is seeking an experienced Residential Real Estate Conveyancer to support its growing real estate practice. The role is based in Kelowna and offers a stable, professional environment with strong internal systems that allow legal professionals to focus on high-quality work. Key responsibilities include: • Conducting due diligence searches for property transactions; • Reviewing and preparing conveyancing documents; • Coordinating with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders; • Maintaining accurate records and files; • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals. The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who has experience in residential real estate conveyancing. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong organizational abilities. Education and Experience: A degree in law or a related field is required. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience in residential real estate conveyancing are preferred.
