Job description

Responsibilities: Manage the entire contracts lifecycle, including contract drafting, negotiation, and administration. Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Monitor contract performance and take necessary actions to address any issues. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement contract management strategies. Review and analyze contract terms and conditions to identify potential risks and propose mitigation measures. Provide guidance and support to project managers and teams on contract-related matters. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution. Identify and mitigate potential contractual disputes through proactive communication and negotiation. Analyze and report on contract performance metrics to inform business decisions.
