Urban Designer (Landscape Architecture Integration)

Overview We’re seeking two Senior Urban Designers to join our Cape Town-based team. You’ll engage in a variety of urban projects locally and internationally, collaborating with internal architecture and landscape teams as well as external consultants. This role is ideal for highly motivated urban designers, including those with a background or strong interest in landscape design who possess strong conceptual design abilities, an understanding of spatial and ecological systems, and a passion for innovative solutions that balance human needs with environmental sustainability. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive urban design strategies that integrate landscape architecture principles to create vibrant, inclusive, and resilient cities. Your work will involve collaborating with stakeholders, conducting site analyses, and creating conceptual designs that meet the needs of diverse user groups. You will also have opportunities to contribute to research initiatives, develop new ideas, and participate in knowledge-sharing activities within our global network.
