Job Description:
You will be the point of reference for doctors and healthcare professionals, helping them to improve their online visibility and optimize patient management.
You will be responsible for:
- Selling our flagship product based on artificial intelligence, designed to support doctors in managing visits and clinical information.
- Upselling, cross-selling, and upgrading digital solutions to existing customers (B2B and B2C).
- Consulting on advanced marketing tools and management solutions.
How you will drive the growth of our clients:
- You will propose added-value solutions: you will be the trusted consultant for strategic clients, offering tools that optimize their activity.
- You will manage negotiations with empathy and competence: you will handle the entire commercial process, using phone and video calls to offer personalized consultations, negotiate, and build valuable relationships.
- You will work in synergy with the post-sales team, collaborating with Key Account Managers to improve retention and strengthen customer loyalty.
