Arriving Ripeener

Job Description You will receive and follow a complete training to become a fully qualified ripeener of bananas. You will be trained for planning the fruit, ripening the bananas according to the desired specifications and handling orders, including administrative handling in the system. You will also learn all quality standards described in the company policy that meet all quality requirements. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a positive attitude towards learning and development. Requirements - You must be willing to learn and follow instructions. - You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. - You must be able to lift 25 kg (55 lbs) and stand for long periods. - You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
