Job Position Description

To expand our commercial network in the FERMO and MACERATA area, we are looking for a Consultant for Training Services with VAT number.

The selected candidate, reporting directly to the relevant Area Manager, will be responsible for developing and consolidating Form-App's commercial presence in the assigned exclusive territory.

Specifically, they will be responsible for:

• developing new commercial opportunities with SMEs, professional firms, and consulting companies;
• proposing customized training solutions based on the needs of client companies;
• analyzing training needs and identifying the best development opportunities;
• managing relationships with clients and prospects throughout the entire consultancy process;
• contributing to the achievement of agreed commercial objectives and KPIs;
• supporting business growth and expansion in the area of competence.

Required Qualifications:

• Active VAT number or willingness to open one;
• Strong relational, communication, and commercial skills;
• Strong orientation towards objectives and results;
• Experience, even if brief, in consultancy and/or sales activities, preferably in the training, human resources, or business services sectors;
• Ability to develop new commercial relationships and manage negotiations;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• High school diploma or degree.

• Organizational and planning skills;
• Autonomy in managing activities;
• Proactivity and initiative;
• Precision, flexibility, and reliability;
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory (driving license B and own vehicle).
