You have a desire to support our team in accounting and at the same time gain first experiences in controlling?

Then you're exactly right with us! We are looking for a reliable and motivated person who will help us with preliminary bookkeeping and controlling tasks - full-time.

Tasks

You support our finance team in preparing invoices and credits
You assist in maintaining and controlling our OPOS lists
You support the debt collection process as well as monitoring open payments
You prepare self-contained documents for accounting and tax consultant purposes
You help with account reconciliations and resolving minor discrepancies
You stand by the team's side for general tasks in the accounting department

In addition, you will take on as Junior Controller (m/w/d)

• Support in preparing monthly and quarterly reports
• Participation in budget planning and Soll-Ist comparisons
• Support in cost center and project evaluations
• Maintenance and further development of internal reporting tools (e.g. Excel evaluations)
• Collaboration in optimizing processes in accounting and controlling

Qualification

Your Profile

Economic education

First experiences in accounting or controlling are advantageous, but not a must

Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel (Pivot, SVERWEIS etc)

Analytical thinking, developed numerical understanding and high accuracy

Careful and structured working style as well as teamwork skills

Hands-on mentality and ability to maintain an overview
