Tasks

• Expansion of own brand assortment
• Responsibility for monitoring, management, and optimization of our online sales and online presences
• Conceptualization and further development of online marketplaces and online shops
• Ongoing analysis of purchasing behavior and user experience, as well as derivation of corresponding recommendations based on data and statistics using Google Analytics and other tools
• Definition and further development of online channels in coordination with marketing, sales, and IT, as well as steering and broadcasting of advertising activities, particularly in social media, Google Ads, Google Shopping, and other relevant marketing platforms
• Bonding, control, and broadcasting of our offer in other marketplaces and comparison portals using tools like Channable, JTL, etc.
• Maintenance and introduction of relevant tools and technologies
• Assortment adjustment and content optimization on the online marketplace
• Responsible for search engine optimization of the online shop and offers

Qualification

• Completed university degree in business administration, e-commerce management, marketing, online marketing, or a comparable qualification
• Ideal candidate already has several years of experience in e-commerce management
• Experience with common e-commerce tools
• Extensive knowledge of Shopware and tracking tools like Google Analytics
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Structured, self-employed, and organized working style
• Creativity and enthusiasm
• High level of initiative and hands-on mentality
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good knowledge of German and English language in writing and speaking
