For our Dusseldorf office, we are looking for additional support for our growing team of over 50 employees.

Our consultants in Dusseldorf support clients both in Germany and across Europe, and also have the opportunity to work globally. We offer our clients flexible support – from short-term potential analyses and rapid realization of savings to long-term partnerships, with the aim of creating sustainable and measurable added value.


As a Senior Consultant (SC), you will take full responsibility for complex workstreams or several smaller workstreams, with the support of Junior Consultants. You will be recognized both internally and by our clients as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will be responsible for tasks including:
  • Independent management of complex workstreams or several smaller workstreams, often with the support of Junior Consultants
  • Leading and developing Junior Consultants on projects and ensuring the application of Efficio methods and processes
  • Conducting and managing complex analyses, even with hard-to-access data, as well as developing sound conclusions and creative solution recommendations based on your expertise
  • Consulting our clients and contributing to the development of solutions for complex challenges that achieve sustainable results and measurable added value
  • Independent establishment and effective management of relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Planning and creating relevant documentation for your own workstream
  • Participation in the recruiting process for potential Junior Consultants

    • Fluent German and English language skills
    • Experience in management consulting at a leading consulting firm, ideally with a focus on procurement and/or supply chain
    • Experience or strong interest in the areas of Strategic Sourcing, Procurement Transformation, Supply Chain, Operations, Infrastructure, or Capital Projects
    • Proven experience in close collaboration with senior client-side stakeholders
    • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving competence, as well as the ability to identify key issues and derive sound conclusions
    • High attention to detail and a strong "hands-on" mentality
    • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Ability to confidently question and improve existing ways of working, identify opportunities, and develop innovative solutions that create real value for our clients
