IQ Unternehmensberatungs GmbH supports individuals interested in starting a business and job seekers on behalf of public clients in developing professional perspectives. For the implementation of measures for startup preparation and professional integration in our Chemnitz office, we are looking for dedicated management consultants / startup coaches (m/f/d).

Tasks

• Consulting participants interested in starting a business

• Conducting potential and strengths analyses

• Support in the development and evaluation of business ideas

• Conducting market and competitor analyses

• Creation and optimization of business plans

• Consulting on financing, subsidies, and liquidity planning

• Imparting knowledge on marketing, sales, accounting, taxes, and business organization

• Preparation for financing discussions and expert opinions

• Use of digital consulting and learning formats

• Documentation of consulting processes and reporting to the client

• Collaboration with network partners

Consulting takes place in person, primarily as individual coaching, supplemented by topic-specific workshops in small groups at our Chemnitz office.

Remuneration is according to the GEW - Continuing Education - Pedagogical Staff collective agreement.

Qualifications

• completed university or technical college degree (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Management, or comparable) and at least 3 years of professional experience, OR

• completed vocational training and demonstrably at least 5 years of professional experience in the mentioned areas

• Ideally, experience in management consulting, startup consulting, coaching

• Very good business management knowledge

• Knowledge of business plans, financing, subsidies, and business development

• Proficient in MS Office and digital applications

• Strong communication and consulting skills

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work

• Empathy and enjoyment of working with people from different life situations

• Reliability

• Proficient in the German language, both spoken and written

• Proficient in MS Office

• Genuine interest in a long-term permanent position with our company
