Business/Existence Consultant (m/w/d)

For our diverse customer projects, we are looking for an engaged Business Consultant (m/w/d), who thinks analytically, works solution-oriented, and enjoys actively accompanying companies in their development.

In this role, you will be responsible for consulting projects in the areas of management, organization, personnel, health, and digitalization. You will analyze existing processes, develop individual strategies, and accompany companies in implementing new measures. Additionally, you will lead workshops, trainings, and health days through and contribute directly to the further development of our customers.

Aufgaben

• Analyse von Unternehmensprozessen and identification of optimization potential in organization, structure, and workflows.
• Durchführung von Beratungsprojekten in the areas of management, strategy, personnel, health, and digitalization.
• Erarbeitung individueller Lösungskonzepte for customer companies and presentation of results to decision-makers.
• Begleitung von Veränderungsprozessen (Change Management) including planning, implementation, and success control.
• Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen und Gesundheitstagen in the company.
• Erstellung professioneller Berichte, Auswertungen und Handlungsempfehlungen for management and leadership.
• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung neuer Maßnahmen, tools or strategies in customer companies.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, to efficiently and goal-orientedly implement projects.
• Monitoring und Qualitätssicherung of introduced measures, as well as continuous further development of customer processes.
• Repräsentation von THL-Consulting at customers, partners, and events.

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in the field of corporate consulting, project management, or organizational development.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in analysis, strategy development, process optimization, and change management.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten, both towards departmental staff as well as towards management and leadership.
• Hohe Beratungskompetenz as well as the ability to present complex issues in a clear, solution-oriented manner.
• Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise with a high quality standard.
• Sicheres Auftreten, professionalism, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
• Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Workshops, Schulungen oder Gesundheitstagen is advantageous.
• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Kundenterminen vor Ort as well as flexibility in dealing with different industries and company sizes.
• Digitale Kompetenz and secure handling of modern tools, platforms, and consulting software.
• Teamfähigkeit, empathy, and enjoyment of collaboration with different stakeholders.
