Maintenance Clerk 60% / Maintenance Mechanic 40%

Inventory Management:

• Recording of new spare parts and master data maintenance for spare parts
• Processing of goods receipts, incoming inspections, put-away and pick-up of goods
• Booking of inventory incoming and outgoing movements as well as reclassifications
• Carrying out inventory counts

System Support:

• Support of the SAMA database: managing components, creating maintenance plans
• Shipping of parts for external processing, for returns, etc.
• Creation and processing of orders in SAP
• Processing of orders

Mechanical Work:

• Execution of general maintenance work and repairs
• Assistance with overhauls and projects
• Execution of improvements and preventive maintenance work
• Processing of parts and adjustment work
• Functionality checks before handing over the equipment to the operator
• Willingness to perform on-call duty and special assignments (outside normal working hours) due to 24/7 shift operation
• Carrying out inspection rounds

Your Profile:

• Certified Polymechanic (EFZ)
• Certified Agricultural Machinery Mechanic (EFZ) is an advantage
• SAP knowledge (purchasing, spare parts) and SAMA knowledge are an advantage
• Maintenance Technician is an advantage
• German: fluent in negotiation
• Several years of experience in maintenance
• Welding experience is an advantage
• Interest in hydraulic and pneumatic control systems
• Industry experience in manufacturing, paper industry is an advantage
• Highly organized, independent, meticulous, goal-oriented, responsible, proactive and entrepreneurial working style
• Open, team-oriented and cooperative personality with a positive attitude
