Within the Performance & Talent team of our Human Resources department, we are looking for an intern at 100% for an immediate start or by agreement for a duration of 6 months. Within this team, you will provide crucial support for the implementation and coordination of various projects related to performance management, talent development, and HR processes. Your tasks will include: • Assisting in the preparation and analysis of reports on intern performance and talent development; • Supporting the development and implementation of training programs for young talents; • Providing administrative support for the Performance & Talent team; • Collaborating with other teams within HR to ensure a smooth integration of interns into our organization.
