University Campus Contact Center Operators

Etcia S.p.a. has been entrusted by our client, a major company operating in the telecommunications sector, to select:

OPERATORS CONTACT CENTER – UNIVERSITY CAMPUS

Description and Characteristics of the Position:

The selected resources will be responsible for contacting users who have expressed interest in Master's and specialization courses, guiding them in choosing the most suitable path. The activity will take place in a dynamic and stimulating context, with concrete opportunities for growth and continuous training.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Contact users interested in university and post-university paths by phone.
• Provide detailed information on Master's and specialization courses.
• Orient the user in choosing the most suitable training path to meet their needs.
• Use company tools for managing information and calls.
• Work as a team to achieve assigned objectives.

Requirements Needed to Participate in the Selection:

• Good knowledge of the university world (e.g. CFU, 3+2 degree paths, single-cycle courses, Master's degrees).
• Excellent communication skills, fluent dialect and commercial attitude.
• Familiarity with using a PC and main computer tools.
• Ability to work in a team and orientation towards objectives.
• Availability to work from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Preferrable Requirements:

• Prior experience in phone sales or guidance activities.

Sede and Orario di Lavoro:

- Sede: company headquarters in Vitulazio (CE); smart working on Saturdays.

- Orario: 6 hours a day, time slot from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Tipologia Contrattuale:

- Collaborazione Coordinata e Continuativa (Co.Co.Co.)

- Hourly compensation of €6.65/h + variable incentives based on productivity.
