- To provide consultative support to the teams of all areas of the Operations Directorate in the implementation of management practices focused on OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE (BSC or GPD, GRD, LEAN, 6Sigma, SGI-ISOs, CCQ, among others);
- To articulate and strengthen alliances with Business Partners to provide support in socio-emotional issues that influence the dissemination of management practices;
- To articulate and strengthen alliances with the Continuous Improvement and Operational Model teams to align initiatives between the Technical and Operations Directorates;
- To articulate and strengthen alliances with finance teams to align cost reduction initiatives between the Operations and Finance Directorates;
- To articulate and strengthen alliances with Internal Communications to work on internal marketing aiming at the incorporation of management practices into the organizational culture;
- To articulate and strengthen alliances with IT to provide support in improving systems that influence the application of management practices;
- To prepare reports on the evolution of the Operations Directorate's areas in the application of management practices and the results obtained.
