For the consolidation of the Novara Branch, we are selecting:

BRANCH MANAGER

The Position

You will become the commercial point of reference for the branch, managing the development of the assigned territory, with a focus on Temporary Staffing and Permanent Placement services.

In particular, you will be responsible for:

• Commercial development actions;
• Expansion of services offered;
• Developing new business opportunities and acquiring new clients;
• Drafting and managing commercial proposals;
• Managing negotiation and commercial relationships;
• Coordinating branch staff;

Essential Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles within Employment Agencies;
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Commercial aptitude and results orientation;
• Passion for the human resources world;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;

What We Offer

• Direct employment under CCNL Commercio e Terziario (14 monthly payments);

• Position and salary will be commensurate with the candidate's actual experience. The gross annual salary budgeted is between €30,000.00 and €40,000.00, depending on actual experience in commercial positions at Employment Agencies (see necessary requirements)

Work Area: Novara (NO)

Hours: Mon-Fri, 09:00-13:00 / 14:00-18:00
