Main responsibilities:
- Develop permanent team coordination, numerically and qualitatively, through recruitment and development;
- Develop portfolio of insurances both through member involvement and own insurance portfolio development;
- Respond to sales activity, promoting products and services offered by Asirom, in line with the company's sales strategy, both through team coordination and directly;
- Organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for sales activity and team results.
