Unit Manager (UM) - Ramnicu Sarat, Buzau

Main Responsibilities:

• develops permanent team of agents coordinated, numerically and qualitatively, through recruitment and development; 
• develops portfolio of insurance products both through involvement of team members and by developing own portfolio of insurance products;
• responsible for sales activity, promoting products and services offered by Asirom, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through coordinated team and directly; 
• organizes, coordinates, monitors, evaluates, and is responsible for sales activity and results of the team of agents coordinated.

Requirements:

• higher or medium-level education;
• professional training courses specific to the occupation, necessary for direct involvement in insurance distribution;
• experience in insurance sales – minimum 1 year; 
• holding a position of team coordination for at least 1 year presents an advantage;
• knowledge of legislation in the field of insurance;
• knowledge regarding characteristics of life and general insurance products;
• basic knowledge of PC operation (Microsoft Office package);
• planning, organizing, communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, presentation, coordination team, result-oriented, client-oriented, integrity, ethics, entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance, ambition, and optimism; 
• appearance (mode of presentation);
• driver's license category B – constitutes an advantage.
