Unit Manager (UM) - Iasi

Main Responsibilities:

• permanently develop the team of agents coordinated by you, in terms of numbers and quality, through recruitment and development; 
• develop the insurance portfolio both through the involvement of team members and through your own insurance portfolio development;
• be responsible for sales activity, promoting products and services offered by Asirom, in line with the company's sales strategy, both through the coordinated team and directly; 
• organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for sales activity and team results.

Requirements:

• higher or medium-level education;
• professional training courses specific to the position involved in insurance distribution; 
• experience in insurance sales – at least 1 year; 
• holding a team coordination position for at least 1 year presents an advantage;
• knowledge of legislation in the field of insurance;
• knowledge about product characteristics of life and general insurance products;
• good knowledge of PC operation (Microsoft Office package);
• planning and organization skills, communication and interpersonal relationship skills; 
• negotiation and presentation skills; 
• team coordination skills; 
• orientation towards achieving results; 
• client orientation; 
• integrity and ethics; 
• entrepreneurial spirit; 
• positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance, ambition, and optimism;
• appearance (presentation);
• driver's license category B – constitutes an advantage.
