Unit Manager (UM) - Călărași

Responsabilitati principale:

• Develop permanent team of agents coordinated, numerically and qualitatively, through recruitment and development;
• Develop portfolio of insurance products both through involvement of team members and by developing own portfolio of insurance products;
• Responsible for sales activity, promoting products and services offered by Asirom, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through team coordinated and directly;
• Organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for sales activity and results of team coordinated.

Cerinte:

• Higher education/medium studies;
• Professional training courses specific to the occupation, necessary for occupying a position directly involved in insurance distribution;
• Experience in insurance sales – minimum 1 year;
• Holding a position of team coordination for at least 1 year presents an advantage;
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of insurance;
• Knowledge of characteristics of life and general insurance products;
• Good knowledge of MS Office package operation;
• Planning, organizing, communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, presentation, coordination team, orientation towards results, client orientation, integrity, ethics, entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance, ambition, and optimism; appearance (mod of presentation); driving license category B – constitutes an advantage.
