Unit Manager (UM) - Brasov

Individual employment contract for an indefinite period, working time 8 hours/day

Main responsibilities:

• permanently develops the coordinated team of agents, from a numerical/qualitative point of view, through recruitment and development;

• develops the insurance portfolio both through the involvement of team members and through the development of its own insurance portfolio;

• is responsible for sales activities, promoting the products and services offered by Asirom, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through the coordinated team of agents and directly;

• organizes, coordinates, monitors, evaluates and is responsible for the sales activity and the results of the coordinated team of agents.

Requirements:

• higher/secondary education;

• specific professional training courses, necessary for holding a position directly involved in insurance distribution;

• experience in insurance sales – minimum 1 year;

• holding a sales team coordination position for at least 1 year is an advantage;

• knowledge of legislation in the field of insurance;

• knowledge of the characteristics of life/general insurance products;

• good PC operating skills (MS Office package);

• planning and organizing skills, communication and interpersonal skills;

• negotiation and presentation skills;

• team coordination skills;

• results-oriented;

• customer-oriented;

• integrity and ethics;

• entrepreneurial spirit;

• positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance; ambition and optimism;
