Responsabilitati principale:
- Develop permanent team of agents coordinated, numerically and qualitatively, through recruitment and development;
- Develop portfolio of insurance products both through involvement of team members and personal portfolio development;
- Responsible for sales activity, promoting products and services offered by Asirom, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through team coordination and directly;
- Organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for sales activity and team results.
