Unit Manager (UM) - Bihor

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop permanent team of agents coordinated, numerically and qualitatively, through recruitment and development; 
• Develop portfolio of insurance products both through involvement of team members and personal portfolio development;
• Responsible for sales activity, promoting products and services offered by Asirom, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through coordinated team and directly; 
• Organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for sales activity and results of the team of agents coordinated.

Requirements:

• Higher education/medium studies;
• Professional training courses specific to the occupation, necessary for direct involvement in insurance distribution; 
• Experience in insurance sales – minimum 1 year; 
• Holding a position of team coordination for at least 1 year presents an advantage;
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of insurance;
• Knowledge of characteristics of life and general insurance products;
• Good knowledge of PC operation (MS Office package);
• Planning, organizing, communication, interpersonal relationship, negotiation, presentation, coordination team, orientation towards results, client-oriented, integrity, ethics, entrepreneurial spirit, positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance, ambition, and optimism;
• Tinuta (mod of presentation);
• Driving license category B – constitutes an advantage.
